Deliveries and returns
We use ShipTime software to ship across Canada. ShipTime is a shipping calculator tool that helps us easily process and manage all shipments. ShipTime calculates the best rates and delivery times so you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of all items in the order. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@goldenanchormarina.on.ca and send your item to: 975 Main Street East, Hawkesbury, ON, K6A 1B5, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: 975 Main Street East, Hawkesbury, ON, K6A 1B5, Canada.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
